What is included with my booth? A basic booth consists of a 10ft x 10ft space that is pipe and draped in black drape. A 6ft rectangle table, black cloth to the floor and 2 black folding chairs are included. Also, a lead list with the bride/grooms who register with us will be shared with you ten days after the show in an excel format. The Convention Center floor is concrete, if you would like to purchase carpet please ask us for more information to purchase this through Party Reflections. If you would like WIFI or Electrical you will be supplied with the forms necessary, fill them out and send them back to the Charlotte Convention Center with payment or purchase it show day at their kiosk.
What does the booth look like? Basic booth space is a 10ft x 10ft space with an 8ft back wall and 2- 3ft side walls. Deluxe Corner booths and Premium Corner booths are available for an additional fee. View Booth Layout Options
